Westville Country Club offers their members top notch squash facilities. The complex was originally built in 1968 with just 4 courts. Over time the number of courts has doubled to 8 including two glass backed courts. The glass backed courts are overlooked by a gallery seating 200 plus spectators.
Our bar, the Drop Inn, overlooks the courts and is the ideal spot for a couple of social drinks after a match or to catch the game on our big screen. Our covered deck area has braai facilities which are for the use of our members. Our car park adjoins the complex.
Westville Country Club have partnered with SPORTY HQ to deliver a complete court booking and light management system. As a member court bookings may be made by clicking on the link for the online booking system.
Our Squash courts have hosted numerous local and Provincial Tournaments as well as International touring matches.
The local schools are encouraged to make full use of the courts and there has been a terrific amount of talent uncovered. Some players have gone onto play professionally.
WCC League Squash
The Club competes in the KZN Winter League in both the Men’s and Ladies sections. We support on average 10 teams from 1st Division to 9th Division in the Men’s Division and 1st and 2nd Division for Ladies. A fun Summer league is also played early on in the year. Our Club Champioships are played at the end of the year and are open to players of all strengths.
