Sue began her Hatha Yoga journey in 2001 under the guidance of a Young Yoga Institute (YYI) trained teacher, who recognised her passion and mentored her to become a yoga instructor. Since 2007, Sue has been teaching yoga, building years of experience helping people of all ages and abilities discover the benefits of a regular yoga practice. She established her own classes in Westville in 2012 and later expanded to Yellowwood Park, where she continues to share her love of yoga.
Sue’s classes are restorative, alignment-focused, and non-competitive, creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone can participate at their own pace. Her approach is simple: “Yoga is for the willing, not the flexible.” Whether you’re completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, every class is designed to help you move mindfully, build strength, improve flexibility, and enjoy the journey.
Each session is interactive, relaxed, and filled with encouragement, laughter, and learning. Sue believes in listening to your body and allowing it to guide your practice, making every class a positive and rewarding experience.
