Eco Trails 555 Duathlon Challenge – Run. Ride. Repeat. 🚴🏃♀️
Looking for your next challenge? Get ready for the Eco Trails 555 Duathlon Challenge at Westville Country Club on 12 September – where runners, mountain bikers, teams and trail enthusiasts can come together for an afternoon of fitness, friendship and fun.
The challenge is simple, but definitely not easy:
5K Run – 5K MTB – 5K Run
Individual participants will start at 12:00, while the Team Challenge begins at 14:30. After the action, everyone is invited back to Westville Country Club for prize giving and a social at 16:30.
The Eco Trails offer beautiful trails, tough climbing and breathtaking open space in the heart of Westville. The route is based on the regular Eco Trails Park Run, with adaptations for the cycling and running sections. Start, finish and transition areas will be at the squash club parking.
Entry fees:
Individual – R150 (R100 for Westville Country Club Trails Section members)
Teams – R225 (R150 if an entering team member is a Trails Section member)
Prizes will be awarded for the first open team, ladies’ team, individual man, individual lady and club team.
To enter, send proof of payment along with your details to Mike da Silva on 082 925 3370. Participants can also arrange a trial lap before race day if they are unfamiliar with the Eco Trails.
